This week at ECi, we celebrate the successful completion of the manufacturing and shipment phase of 6 Heat Exchangers made of AISI 316 L Stainless Steel, each with unique characteristics and dimensions:
- 2 of Ø 800 mm x 3 m
- 2 of Ø 600 x 3.5 m
- 1 of Ø 300 mm x 3.5 m
- 1 of Ø 200 x 2 m
These heat exchangers have successfully passed rigorous END tests, including Radiography and Penetrant Testing, as well as Pressure Tests on both the body and tubes. After additional processes such as Pickling and Passivation, we proceeded to pack and transport them to a processing plant in the south of Spain.
Next week will mark the beginning of the assembly of the Heat Exchangers, Auxiliary Equipment, Pumps, and the corresponding pipelines. Our goal is to have the plant operational before the end of the year.
