At the beginning of this Easter week, we completed the first of the three Biomass Compactor Machines currently under construction in our facilities.
The machine consists of a Lower Module (6 m long x 2.7 m wide x 1.5 m high), equipped with four longitudinal screw conveyors (6 m long and 400 mm in diameter) and one horizontal screw (2.6 m long and 650 mm in diameter), designed to break down large-volume materials.
This lower module is then stacked with three Universal Modules, each 1.5 m high, allowing for a total capacity of 90 m³.
The preparations for shipment will be carried out by our Logistics Operator, who has already transferred the modules this week to their facilities in Lliçà de Vall, where they will be loaded onto two Flat Racks for transport and installation at the Penkun Plant (Germany).
Over the next 8 weeks, we will continue manufacturing the second and third machines.
