Our team has completed this week the manufacturing of 2 Filters with a diameter of 3 meters for Ceramic Dust, each with a capacity of 18 m³.
They have been built in several flanged sections to facilitate transportation.
Material: Carbon Steel, Grade S355JR
Non-Destructive Testing carried out on all welds
Finishing Process:
Sandblasting with grit, grade Sa 2 ½
Painting: Epoxy primer (200 µ thickness) and Polyurethane finish (120 µ thickness)
The entire process (except sandblasting) has been carried out at ECI: from calculation, design, manufacturing, welding, testing and painting.
We are now preparing the maritime shipment and the subsequent installation at our client’s plant.
