At Talleres ECI, we continue to strengthen our position as a benchmark in the design and manufacturing of custom industrial installations. We have recently completed the construction of a raw material filtration and cleaning plant, a project that combines engineering, metal fabrication, and high-precision mechanical assembly.
A Project Fully Developed in Our Facilities
From structural calculation and technical design to manufacturing, assembly, and final testing, the entire process was carried out internally at ECI.
The plant is made up of several modular filtration and conveying units, integrating screening systems, impurity separation, and pneumatic conveying, all designed to maximize process efficiency.
Using carbon steel and stainless steel has allowed us to achieve a structure that is strong, safe, and fully adapted to the specific working conditions of the client’s raw materials.
Technology and Quality Control
Each component underwent a strict dimensional control process, certified welding (EN 1090 EXC3), and non-destructive testing, ensuring the highest reliability and durability of the system.
A surface treatment was also applied, including sandblasting and epoxy-polyurethane industrial painting, providing long-lasting protection even in demanding environments.
On-Site Installation and Commissioning
Our specialized ECI assembly team traveled to the client’s facilities to perform the complete installation and commissioning of the plant.
During this stage, functional tests and calibration adjustments were carried out to ensure that all filtration, cleaning, and conveying systems operate efficiently and safely.
