Last week, in the facilities adjacent to our facilities, we were able to successfully complete the loading and start-up test of the first of the three biomass decompaction machines, with a load of 50 tons.
This machine has a moving floor and a rotor drum that allows the uniform displacement of the load up to its exit, where the augers will be coupled for its transport to the dryers. In order to subject the equipment to the most demanding load and friction conditions, we use gravel in the test.
Each structure is shaped like a bunker 2.8 meters wide, 5.6 meters high and 12 meters long. In the coming weeks, our internal and external team will dismantle, pack and move them to the port for shipment. We are proud and satisfied with the work of the entire team.”
