At Talleres ECI<\/strong>, we continue to strengthen our position as a benchmark in the design and manufacturing of custom industrial installations<\/strong>. We have recently completed the construction of a raw material filtration and cleaning plant<\/strong>, a project that combines engineering, metal fabrication, and high-precision mechanical assembly.<\/p>\n

A Project Fully Developed in Our Facilities<\/h3>\n

From structural calculation and technical design<\/strong> to manufacturing, assembly, and final testing<\/strong>, the entire process was carried out internally at ECI<\/strong>.
The plant is made up of several modular filtration and conveying units<\/strong>, integrating screening systems, impurity separation, and pneumatic conveying<\/strong>, all designed to maximize process efficiency.<\/p>\n

Using carbon steel and stainless steel<\/strong> has allowed us to achieve a structure that is strong, safe, and fully adapted to the specific working conditions of the client\u2019s raw materials.<\/p>\n

Technology and Quality Control<\/h3>\n

Each component underwent a strict dimensional control process<\/strong>, certified welding (EN 1090 EXC3)<\/strong>, and non-destructive testing<\/strong>, ensuring the highest reliability and durability of the system.
A surface treatment<\/strong> was also applied, including sandblasting and epoxy-polyurethane industrial painting<\/strong>, providing long-lasting protection even in demanding environments.<\/p>\n

On-Site Installation and Commissioning<\/h3>\n

Our specialized ECI assembly team<\/strong> traveled to the client\u2019s facilities to perform the complete installation and commissioning<\/strong> of the plant.
During this stage, functional tests and calibration adjustments<\/strong> were carried out to ensure that all filtration, cleaning, and conveying systems<\/strong> operate efficiently and safely.<\/p>\n
